CHAKKR is an online platform, which enables moving people and goods between different destinations across the globe.

CHAKKR community members share their travel plans and help each other to deliver parcels and packages during their travel.

The website offers features to search and link travel plans from its members, to the courier/parcel requirements of its members. Depending on the agreed conditions, the members who are sending the parcels can save money and time (compared to the standard courier services), and the ones who are taking the parcels can earn goodwill and some money as well.

CHAKKR is conceptualized, developed and operated by Web2Come GmbH, based in Oberhausen, Germany.

Making money on your way to work by using CHAKKR

Oberhausen, 17. March 2010.Sending parcels cheap and fast. Even without reinventing the wheel, CHAKKR (in Hindi ''wheel'') just started rolling off, on a big mission.

Sending parcels using standard postal service is fast. But sometimes not fast enough. Courier services are faster, but often not affordable. CHAKKR is cheaper and faster!

CHAKKR is an internet based community, whose members help each other delivering parcels and packages while travelling; be it on the regular way to work, business or holiday trips. The website www.chakkr.com offers features to search and link travel plans offered by its members. Anyone sending a parcel can save time and money. Anyone carrying a parcel for someone else can earn money on his/her way to work.

But CHAKKR is more than enabling people to save time and money. "We have a big mission", underlines Ajith Kumar Padmanabhan, founder of CHAKKR. "The mission is to bring back the co-operation among people and the good old 'trust' and 'spirit of helpfulness'!", Moreover, it is a good and desirable thing if people can save time and money by helping someone else.
