The courier companies on CHAKKR may offer different kind of insurances for your request. Take a look at the profile page of the courier, or message them to clarify those details BEFORE accepting a bid.

You dont have to care about customs duty. The courier will check what can be transported at the various frontiers, in what quantities and what charges will occur. Typically they will inform you about everything previously. Should they not do, do not hesitate to ask them in detail about it.

In any case, for your own privacy and safety, and to comply with the user agreement, please do not engage in any direct contact with your courier, unless the courier has initiated contact with you, or we have sent you the contact information with the consent of the courier.

You will get notified as and when requests matching your criteria are entered into CHAKKR by customers. You can simply bid on those requests, and start doing business!

• 2. You can just browse the open requests in your surroundings, filter for various criteria (eg : transport categories), and place bids on matching requests.(You will prompted to register/login, if you have not done so before).

Yes. A bid placed on CHAKKR on a request from a customer, is a legally binding action, according to our user agreement.

While placing your bid you agree on the following:

• 1. Should your bid gets accepted, you owe CHAKKR a brokerage fee of 8% of the bid amount.
• 2. Should your bid gets accepted, you will provide the requested service to the customer at the bid price, and other agreed constraints and conditions, as part of the bidding and communication process.
• 3. In the very unlikely event of any conflicts with your customer, your conversations with customer through CHAKKR messaging platform may be treated and used as the additional agreement protocol, apart from standard CHAKKR user agreement.
