If you ACCEPT the order, and if the order is still open, you have won the order. We will connect you and customer directly, so that the transport can be carried out.
If you have opted to get direct bookings ALWAYS, you have won the order immediately. In this case, you will get notified from us immediately, and will also connect you and customer directly.
We always give an option to customers to put their transport request on auction.
When customers choose this option (instead of booking any couriers directly from our suggestion list), the request is moved to our market-place.
You can browse the open requests in your surroundings or transport routes, filter for various criteria (eg : transport categories), and place bids on matching requests.
